In her latest Instagram update, Vidya flawlessly aced forearm stand, without any support. She shared a picture of herself doing the balancing act at the gym. In yoga terms, the forearm stand is also known as the pinchamayurasana, considered as “The king of yoga poses,” due to its phenomenal health benefits.

It improves blood circulation, increases strength, and betters digestion. It helps in improving your concentration level, balance and posture of the body and can reduce the production of stress hormones. 

Earlier, Vidya Malavade shared a post of herself practising her 'primary series' asanas. The actress wrote in the caption, "Primary Series after over a year ..Something I would do daily has now become so so sporadic ..The body, the mind has been asking for more low impact (meditative & healing )practices .. than this intensely powerful physical (but also meditative & healing practice )."

Before that, Vidya Malavade nailed the Side crow yoga pose, also known as Parsva Bakasana. To attain the right posture, she twisted her body in a way so it could be balanced on just the arms. This yoga pose stretches the body, thereby opening muscles and allowing better movement. It also helps to improve the core strength.
