If you don't believe us, head straight to Rakul's latest Instagram post. The actress has dropped a slew of happy pictures offering some tips on how to “stay positive”. The carousel begins with Rakul advising her fans to smile from within because if you are just pretending to be happy, it would do no good for your well-being. Next on her think-positive list were meditation and yoga, both of which she excels in. In the following slide, Rakul emphasised relaxation and rightfully so as it helps to alleviate stress, lower blood pressure and improve digestion. A fitness enthusiast, Rakul recommends enjoying your favourite sweets and desserts but with a nutritious twist. The actress also shared how she eats “a jaggery-based ice cream”.

Not too long ago, the actress documented some wellness activities with her husband, “best guy Jackky Bhagnani”. The first video in the album captured the actress executing a cable machine exercise to work on her muscles. Glimpses of her nutrient-packed meals were featured in the post as well. Rakul's adventures also included diving into a lake, putting up with the strong waves on a thrilling river tube ride, going on a forestry hike and simply being at one with nature by sitting on a bench. “This week just flew by,” read her side note. 

Before that, Rakul Preet Singh left us feeling motivated through her skilful yoga session. The snapshots uploaded on Instagram showed the actress displaying commendable flexibility. She stretched her arms and legs at first before positioning one leg over the arm with her knees bent. Don't know about you, but we are impressed. "Yoga is the journey of self, through the self, to the self. Back with Anshuka after agesss!! Ufff the feeling of liberation," she captioned.
