British actress Kate Winslet won the leading actress award for her role in I Am Ruth at the recent BAFTA TV Awards in London. On the red carpet, she was accompanied by her co-star and daughter, Mia Threapleton. The mother-daughter duo was seen twinning in black. Kate Winslet wore a stylish LBD with a closed halter neckline. She added a pair of purple velvet heels while sleek dangler earrings and a black wristwatch were the only accessories Kate wore to the red carpet. On the other hand, her daughter Mia Threapleton opted for an uber-cool jumpsuit. The halter-neck number had a risque plunging neckline, which amped up the oomph quotient of her ensemble. An off-white detailing around the waist broke the continuity of the otherwise black look. Silver earrings brought subtle bling to Mia's monochrome magic. Her glam picks included kohl-rimmed eyes, bold black eyeliner, flushed cheeks, and tinted matte lips. Just like her mother, Mia also tied her blonde tresses in a messy bun.

When accepting her award, Kate also took the opportunity to speak about how social media can affect a parent-child relationship and gave us a glimpse of her bond with Mia too.

At Avatar: The Way of Water premiere in London previously, Kate Winslet stunned in an embellished grey mermaid-cut gown. The gorgeous ensemble came with a flattering fit and silver embellishments around the halter neck closed neckline. She took a minimalistic route for both her accessories as well as her glam. Dangling diamond earrings and rings along with her statement muted makeup consisting of enough contouring, winged eyeliner and tinted lips. A stylish bun hairdo looked stunning.
