Aishwarya Rai is the kind of ethereal beauty that surpasses generations or trends. The superstar may have won the Miss World pageant back in 1994 but nothing has changed since then. Not only has she gone on to become a globally-renowned name, her fan following only continues to grow along with her incredible natural beauty, of course. So with Ponniyin Selvan Part 1 set for release, obviously we're thrilled that we'll be seeing more of the beautiful actress, first off the screen before it's on the screen for the movie.
Aishwarya Rai attended a movie event for Ponniyin Selvan Part 1 in the city and went the Indian route with her ethnic attire. She picked a silver toned anarkali suit which featured long sleeves and a completed embellished body of self-designed bead work and embroidery. Over it she draped a sheer dupatta which had a checkered pattern as well as more of the bead work across it. Along with open-toed sandals, Aishwarya wore a couple of cocktail rings with this look and that was it.

Her sleek brown hair was worn straight and parted down the middle, a hairstyle she often prefers. She rimmed both her waterlines with black kajal, which only further enhanced her gorgeous green eyes. With a tiny red bindi on her forehead, her cheeks were full and rosy along with a neutral glossy shade on her lip. Aishwarya Rai can turn heads in any room she walks into.
