A few nominees of 2024 Academy Awards. As per a report by CNBC, all 20 nominees will get to enjoy six-figure gift bags. Every year, LA-based marketing company Distinctive Assets distributes “Everybody Wins” gift bags to individuals recognized in the Oscars' top categories. This year is no exception. The report revealed that this year's gift bag is valued roughly at $180,000. It includes more than 50 gifts ranging from a $15 Rubik's cube to a $50,000 stay at a Swiss ski chalet.

A three-night stay at Chalet Zermatt Peak is the priciest gift in this year's gift bag. It is worth noting that Chalet Zermatt Peak is the reigning winner of the Best Ski Chalet from the World's Ski Awards. The 2024 Oscar nominees who redeem the $50,000 invitation at the Swiss property will have private use of the entire chalet for themselves and can bring up to nine guests.
As per the official website of Chalet Zermatt Peak, it is “an architectural masterpiece nestled in the heart of Zermatt, offering unparalleled service and luxury with breathtaking mountain views.” The privately-run chalet expands over six opulent floors and includes five deluxe double bedrooms. They come with sky observatory roofing and an indoor/outdoor jacuzzi. The open-plan living areas merge with the wrap-around balcony. The property also boasts floor-to-ceiling windows, offering a view of the European mountain Matterhorn.
Apart from this, the Oscar nominees can enjoy a spa, in-house massage therapist and celestial observatory roof. The guests will dine on multi-course dinners prepared by a gourmet chef. In addition, they will also have access to a fully-stocked wine cellar as well as a chauffeured car, available 24 hours a day.
That's not all. The privileged nominees can switch from the Swiss chill to sunny Los Angeles right after. Beneficiaries will also receive an invitation for a seven-day stay at Southern California's Golden Door spa. The wellness retreat includes gift card coverage of services valued at $24,000. This includes a stay at the spa, daily massages, wellness classes, farm-to-table meals, private hiking trails and mindfulness sessions.
Hollywood celebrities Cillian Murphy, Bradley Cooper, Jimmy Kimmel, Ryan Gosling, Robert De Niro, Robert Downey Jr., Mark Ruffalo, Emily Blunt and filmmaker Christopher Nolan are some of the few recipients of this year's gift bag. We sure hope love to travel.
