Offering social media users some insights on how her past five days have been, Alaya added, “I've been in the mountains getting Ayurvedic treatments, Tibetan massages, acupuncture, reflexology, doing cleanses, meditating, swimming, journaling and reading books that I meant to read a long time ago.”
The Bollywood diva conquered her fears by “enjoying” the same things she was previously scared to execute. “I realised that the things I feared most, like eating all my meals alone in a restaurant, turned out to be the things I enjoyed the most. Urging her followers to get out of their comfort zones Alaya said, “So if you needed a little push to do something out of your comfort zone, this is your sign! Don't wait for anyone, just do it.” She admitted clicking some “happy random photos” from her hotel room despite also taking a “digital detox” route whenever she stepped outside, at the undisclosed destination. In the clicks, the actress included a couple of selfies, followed by a glimpse into her book-reading sessions. A hot cup of with some cookies and a warm bath made the self-care day wholesome.
