She has also asked everyone “what are the small changes you made that changed your life.”

The actress introduced a balance in her life, incorporating both her love for junk food and nutritious meals.

Masaba started working out 6 times a week.

  • 3. Starting The Day Well

Masaba loves to spend the first four hours of her day just reading.

Masaba Gupta's video has garnered immense attention and received thousands of likes, with followers expressing their love in the comment section.
