Ranbir Kapoor's fitness coach Nam shared an Instagram video of the Animal actor undergoing a range of strenuous outdoor exercises. His grit and determination were the two admirable qualities. The video began with the superstar and Nam partaking in a jogging session. The actor's bare and sculpted physique bore proof that he was an active fitness enthusiast. “Went to the countryside for a decompression week. WIP with Ranbir” read Nam's caption. In his next lineup of exercises, Ranbir Kapoor performed slam ball training, more running, lifting weights with dumbbells, hardcore battle ropes, summersaults, and swimming. Under the guidance of Nam, the actor also embarked on hiking on a rugged trail and cycles his way uphill. Strenuous workouts have umpteen benefits such as inducing a higher calorie burn, promoting weight loss, and improving heart health.

With Ranbir gearing up for the shoot of his upcoming project Ramayana, he surely seems determined to achieve the required physique. Guess what made the video even more special? There was a special appearance of Ranbir's baby girl Raha too. How adorable!

Human Flag

This requires you to balance your body on vertical equipment, almost resembling a flag position. It is advised to perform warm-ups before you try this one.

Weighted Plank

If planks are considered difficult, then imagine the challenge of doing this exercise with weights. It targets your core muscles and improves strength. 

Hand Stand Push Ups (HSPU)

This training targets the shoulder, chest, and triceps. Your real strength comes into play when HSPU is performed with the use of weights.
