Business psychologist Melanie Katzman recommends taking time each morning to review what you are going to do for the day. "Discuss what worked yesterday and what didn't. What's on the schedule for today and ask, how can I succeed today? Or what is it you need from me?".

Oregon psychologist Kathy Marshack said that people should work in separate areas and always avoid working from the bedroom. "The bedroom needs to be a place where you just chat, sleep or be romantic," Kathy Marshack added.
