The easiest way to up your water intake every day is by carrying a water bottle wherever you go. Carry a stainless steel water bottle that comes insulated, to keep water cold during peak summer heat. Stainless steel bottles are also easy to clean but plastic can be lighter to carry. Add a bottle strap to the neck and tag it along with you.
2. Set Alarm
In case you are someone who forgets to drink water, set alarms to remind you to drink water every hour or to. It will ensure that you don't forget to drink water for longer periods even if you are preoccupied.
3. Drink Water Before A Meal
Before you sit down to eat a meal, don't forget to drink a glass of water. Keep a gap of 15 minutes between drinking water and starting the meal. This will ensure that you drink at least 3 glasses of water. It also eases the digestion process.
4. Start Your Day With Water
When you wake up after a good night's sleep, your body is always a little dehydrated after those 6 to 8 hours of not drinking any. A glass of water will not only provide you with hydration but will also make you feel refreshed.
