White Wine Sangria

What You Need: White wine + summer fruits cut and cubed (apple, watermelon, pineapple) + lime soda

Get the wine out, and for good measure add a bit of vodka or brandy to it. Then add sliced fruits to the mix. If you prefer your sangria on a sweeter side, add some sugar syrup to the mix. You can keep the mix overnight in the fridge for optimum taste. When serving, add some lime soda.

Cucumber Mint punch

What You Need: Some mint, cucumber, lime + gin + tonic water

Muddle some mint, lemon and sugar with a muddler to make a fine concentration. Keep aside. Add cucumber slices to a blender and make a fine paste. Once done, Add both mixes to a glass, hearty portion of gin (or vodka), tonic water to your liking and top with tonic water.

Whiskey Lemonade

What You Need:
Whiskey + honey + basil (or rosemary)+ water + lemon

Make a honey syrup by heating some honey and water in a pan. Add the herb of your choice and let it simmer for a bit for the flavor to spread. Fill a glass with ice, whiskey, and soda. Once the syrup has cooled down, add a bit of it to the mix in the glass and voila! Garnish with the leftover herb.
