Step 1 – Once you've cleansed and moisturised the eye area, apply a thin layer of eye primer, like Lorac Behind The Scenes Eye Shadow Primer costing Rs 3,691 from Rs 4,613, over the lid, under eye area and outer end and blend well into the skin for makeup to last longer.

Step 2 – In an inverted triangle shape, apply concealer like Maybelline Instant Age Rewind Concealer costing Rs 518 from Rs 650 over the under eye area. This will act as a base and give the eyes a lifted look.

Step 3 – Start with Sayani's eye makeup look by applying thick strokes of kajal like L'Oreal Paris Kajal Magique Bold costing Rs 279 from Rs 350 over the lower water line and lash line. Do this from inner to outer end.

Step 4 – To set the kajal in place, dip a flat applicator brush in black eye shadow like Jordana Baked Eye Shadow in Black Slate costing Rs 399 from Rs 599 and dab it over the kajal drawn on the lash line. It will also darken the makeup look and make it last longer.

Step 5 – For the final step, at the outer end of the lower lash line, use liquid liner like Lakme Eyeconic Eye Liner Pen costing Rs 379 from Rs 475 to draw a flick like Sayani's. Also use the same liner to fill in any blank spots.

Try it for yourself and like Sayani Gupta, you're bound to make a statement with it.
