1. Baking soda + oatmeal

One of the most famous ways of removing blackheads is by adding baking soda in the mixture, as it has antibacterial and anti-fungal properties. It also acts as an excellent skin exfoliator.

Take 1 tablespoon of baking soda, one tablespoon of oatmeal and add little water to make a paste. Apply it gently on the affected area and massage for a while. Allow it to dry and then rinse it off

2. Sugar + Honey

Another very effective way of dealing with blackheads is sugar and honey. Take two tablespoons of granulated sugar and one tablespoon of honey, mix it well and generously scrub on the affected areas.

3. Lemon + Yogurt

Mix lemon juice with yogurt and make a paste out of it. Apply generously on the affected area and leave it for 10-15 minutes, let it dry and then rinse off with warm water gently.

4. Tumeric+Sandalwood

Turmeric has been known for its healing and ayurvedic properties since forever. For this mask you need turmeric powder, sandalwood powder and a small amount of yogurt. Mix one teaspoon of sandalwood powder and half a teaspoon of turmeric powder in a bowl. Then add two tablespoons of plain yogurt and make a smooth paste. Gently apply it on the affected areas and let it dry. Once it dries off, gently wash it off with lukewarm water.
