Ways Of Steaming Your Face At Home
Steaming Face With Lemon
Lemons are a great ingredient for our skin and have lots of benefits. They have endless properties. They help in removing dead skin cells and help clear up blackheads, acne, and many other problems. In a pan boil 1/2 litre of water, then pour it into a bowl and add 10 drops of lemon essential oil or lemon juice, whatever is available and then take a towel, place it on your face upon the bowl and close your eyes. Wait for 10 minutes. Then afterwards in a bowl, add 1 teaspoon of honey, lemon and sugar or salt. Mix it and apply it on your face. Massage your face slightly for a few minutes and then rinse it off
Steaming Face With Salt Water
For this remedy, all you need to do is add 3 tablespoons of sea salt to 1 cup of warm water and mix well. Then soak a clean cloth in hot water, squeeze out the excess water, and place over the face. Leave it on for a minute to allow the steam to unclog the pores. Remove the cloth and then wash your face with sea salt water. After 5-10 minutes, rinse your face with normal water, clean it using a soft towel and then use moisturiser.
Steaming Face With Herbs
Herbs are a great way to give a boost of natural hydration to your skin. For this remedy, you need to add dried flowers of your choice in small quantities and some drops of your preferred essential oil to 2-3 cups of water in a boiling pot. Let it boil for about 5-7 minutes. Then use a towel and put it on your head and allow your skin to absorb the steam and get glowing skin.
