• Add your colours on the sweatpants in whichever pattern

• Let the sweatpants sit overnight in a plastic bag

• Rinse off the sweatpants in cold water to remove excess dye

• Dry it and style it with your favourite hoodie or crop top

• Use dye specifically for tie-dye so that the colours don't bleed

• The longer the dye sits, the more prominent the stain

• There is no "right" way of scrunching your fabric
