1. Ginger

Ginger is an age-old Indian ingredient and also a staple in almost every Indian kitchen. It is known to have medicinal properties and thus is an effective remedy for nausea. It can either be chewed raw or had cooked in food or can also be added to a daily cup of tea.

2. Mint

Mint is known to contain menthol that helps in digestion along with relaxing the stomach muscles. It helps to relieve the nauseating feeling that sometimes stems from the stomach. Mint is commonly found in chewing-gum - and just chewing on one of them can help you sooth that nausea! You could even boil some mint leaves in water and drink it as is.

3. Lemon

Lemon fragrance also helps soothe nausea. Lemon is a citrus food, with a strong smell and taste, which helps soothe indigestion. Cut a lemon and sniff it or add some honey and lemon to a cup of warm water and drink it. You will begin to feel the difference.
