With the humidity escalating in the monsoon, it is taking a toll on everybody but trust Neha Sharma to beat it in the coolest way possible. The actress chose the sticky season to try out cold plunge therapy. In an Instagram video, she dipped her body in a tub filled with ice and cold water. Even when plunging right into the freezing water, she looked divine as ever in a fiery red swimsuit. Recently, it was even Rakul Preet Singh who experienced the treatment. Ice plunges, also called cold water immersion, are a preferred celebrity choice for the many benefits they offer for physical and mental health. These cold dips are believed to have multiple benefits including reducing inflammation, promoting lymphatic drainage and building mental resilience. It's not wonder that athletes and actors across the world opt for a cold plunge now and then, followed by Bollywood celebrities too today.
