Alia Bhatt Plays Ranveer Singh's Quintessential Bride In A Dazzling Mustard And Gold Manish Malhotra Lehenga

Almost a week after the release of Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani, the makers have dropped the wedding song of the season – Kudmayi. Kudmayi shows Alia Bhatt as a quintessential bride, courtesy: Manish Malhotra. The actress looked ethereal in an embellished mustard lehenga set that comes from the designer's intricate bridal couture collection. The ensemble included a stunning flowy lehenga that was adorned with silver scallop sequin work. She paired the regal lehenga with an equally heavy-duty blouse with short sleeves. The gotta patti work on its sleeve matched the one on her see-through dupatta, used as her train. She carried a separate dupatta, with contrasting fuchsia tassels, that covered her head. Heavy traditional subtle kundan jewellery completed Alia Bhatt's reel bridal look. It included a choker-style necklace, matching studs with a heavy maang tika attached to the matha patti and a delicate nose pin. Not to forget the matching kundan kadas with many bangles and ring bracelets in her both hands. She pulled off her nude makeup look with Rani's signature kohl-rimmed eyes, mascara-laden lashes, bushy pointy brows and red bindi.

Ranveer Singh as Rocky complemented his Rani by slipping into Manish Malhotra's embellished sherwani. The sage green hue ensemble came with exaggerated copper colour wire embellishments. He wore his sherwani atop a matching plain kurta and pyjama. He styled his look with a turban that featured pearl, kundan and beaded serpech. Ranveer looked even more regal as he paired the ensemble with a multi-layered mint green beaded necklace and diamond studs.

Before getting dressed as a bride in the music video, Bhatt wore a pristine white sleeveless salwar suit with a scoop neckline. She picked a see-through dupatta which had a crisscross-beaded detailing. Alia's no-make-up makeup look with tinted rosy lips and kohl-rimmed eyes was spot on. She left her wet hair open and created a minimal effect by only wearing her nose pin.
