Besides the filmdom, fashion enthusiasts too have taken a keen interest in Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna's upcoming film Pushpa 2: The Rule. ICYMI, their second track titled The Couple Song is already out. And, of course, their sartorial wardrobe has our attention. Rashmika pulled off her iconic Saami Saami hook step in a horizontal striped t-shirt and flared jeans. But hold up. Just like Allu Arjun's saree spin in the earworm, Rashmika too incorporated the traditional element into her basic wear. A pallu-styled drape of the saree ran across her shoulders and was tucked into her bottom wear. How unconventionally eccentric.
Complementing his co-star, Allu Arjun picked a similar saree-esque drape over his black T-shirt. Loose-fitted trousers, also in black, rounded off his super stylish avatar.

Allu reflected his character's gangster vibe in the Pushpa Pushpa song. Staying true to his “Stylish Superstar” moniker, he made that case in a pink printed shirt and trousers. Making the look more iconic was the Telugu superstar's hand-printed palm impression at the back of the shirt. After all, Pushpa 2 is Allu Arjun's film and the identity stamp is justified. To double the character's appeal, Allu Arjun sported red velvet mule accessories, gold-coated bracelets and a chain. Tinted sunglasses and his staple Pushpa hairstyle matched his energy and swag.
Only Allu, as a male, can wear a saree and make it look so fierce. In the teaser, the Telugu icon broke fashion norms by draping himself in a blue pattu saree. Red and gold borders added contrasting vibrancy. Meanwhile, the jewel-encrusted waist ornament was the centre of attention. Jewellery, comprising jhumkas, bangles, necklaces, and a nose ring, catered to gender-fluid ornamentation. Dramatic face paint and ghungroos erased all doubts, if any, that Allu Arjun is a master in everything he does.
We can't wait for Pushpa 2 to release in the theatres this August 2024, for the fashion it will bring too.
