Radhika Apte Showed That She Could Slay Maternity Style When She Was Pregnant In A Mesh Sequin Dress And Turtleneck Sarongs

Radhika Apte has ventured on the motherhood path and has been a new mother for a few weeks now. She recently caused quite a stir on the internet by sharing a few rather dazzling pictures of herself from her maternity photoshoot. The sight of a heavily pregnant Radhika Apte beaming with the pregnancy glow and slaying her mama-to-be outfit game was sheer magic. She donned everything from cover-ups to sarongs and beyond for the shoot.

Radhika Apte's first look featured her wearing a fishnet-style mesh dress with sequins sewn into into from the shelves of a UK based designer Ashish Gupta. This backless dress had a buttoned closure around her neck on the back, full sleeves that included gloves which covered her hands, plus a body-hugging and a floor-grazing length. The backless design of the ensemble had a criss-cross feature on the lower back that gave support to her baby bump. She carried off a sleek straight shoulder-length hair look along with defined brows, mascara-filled lashes and a muted nude lip colour to tie the look together.

For look two, Radhika wore a brown-coloured beach cover up from the designer Jawara Alleyne that featured a halter neck closure with aqua blue and white coloured straps, and a plunging V-neckline. Made out of a loose-fitting chiffon fabric, it had a cutout that was held together on her belly with safety pins, embellished closures and featured thigh-high slits on both sides of the garment. Radhika sported a slicked back hair look, bushy brows, bronzed and glowing skin and nude lip gloss to wrap up the look.

For her third and final look of the shoot, Radhika sported a pristine white turtleneck sleeveless gown that featured a cutout around the belly area that showed off her baby bump in all its grandeur and then flowed into a floor-length gown with a short train. The ensemble was from the label Di Petsa and was styled on Radhika sans accessories to let the outfit do all the talking. She accentuated the look with her open straight hair, arched brows, glossy eyelids, mascara for fluttery lashes and a luscious lip look with a gloss as a finishing touch.
