1. Face Yoga For Slimming

Who doesn't want that perfect jawline? Well, we all do and trust us this holistic approach towards your skin is an absolute winner.

"Simple exercises always have a DIY approach to providing you with younger-looking skin," says yoga expert, Grand Master Akshar.

How To Do It:

1. Place your right palm over your head onto the left side of your head in a way that your hand is over your left ear.

2. Sit straight. Place the heel of your palms next to your ears, so that you lift your temples up. Your fingers grab the front portion of your head just above the forehead. The hands stay steady here, elbows raised sideways, and not drooping down.

3. Make an O-shape with your lips, do not hyper-extend your jaw joints too much. Simply form an O-shape with your lips remaining out, and not drawn inwards.

4. Hands are fixed, mouth is in O-shape. Now, roll with your eyes, visualize that you are looking at the crown of your head, absolutely in the middle.

5. Slowly exhale and release everything. Put your lips, take a few inhales and exhales of soft breaths.

Go for the same complete process for two more rounds. It's a very dynamic practice involving your entire system.

2. Face Yoga For Eye Circles

Stressed out eyes and constant pain is what we all go through on a daily basis and face yoga is the easiest approach to destress and rejuvenate.

"This super easy exercise helps in reducing puffiness and mildly reduces the aging lines. It is extremely easy to do and does not consumer much time. So, you can simply take out time from your daily schedule and do it," says health coach Sonali Bansal.

Face Yoga For Eye Circles

How To Do It:

1. Make sure that your hands are clean.

2. Place your fingers on the inside of the eyebrows and afterwards gently tap to the outside of the eyebrows.

3. Press the temples gently and then continue taping to the cheekbones and back to the inside of the eyebrows.

4. Repeat this process for about 30 seconds.

3. Face Yoga For Anti-Ageing

"When you are working continuously, you are always tense, there is no pause to allow the flow of energy. Slowly, this starts to reflect on your face in the form of crow lines and wrinkles. Let's use a simple facial yoga technique to reverse this process," says Grand Master Akshar.

How To Do It:

1. Open your mouth into a wide smile. Engage the corners of your lips so that they shoot diagonally upwards.

2. Inhale a breath and bring the upper lip inwards. This will help you engage the corners of your lips even more. Maintain a finger distance space in between both your lips.

3. Inhale, squeeze the pelvis floor. Exhale. Repeat this for 7 breaths. You can do a few more if you are comfortable here and then release.

4. Do the second round with your eyes closed. Try to stretch your eyeballs upwards while your eyes are closed. This will help deepen your practice.

4. Yoga For The Neck

"This exercise is a great way to improve lymphatic drainage and removes stress and tension in the neck," says Sonali Bansal.

How To Do It:

1. Start with the top of your neck after tilting your head slightly backwards.

2. Gently press the skin and move to the collarbone. Hold for 30 seconds at the collarbone and then remove your hands.

3. Repeat for 30 seconds to a minute.
