Nupur Shikhare's Instagram is filled with fitness motivation. Not too long ago, he posted a video of himself doing a handstand, and we have to admit, we were completely impressed. Doing a handstand offers many benefits for both the body and mind. It helps build upper body strength, especially in the arms, shoulders and core. Handstands also boost blood circulation by letting blood flow to the brain, which can help you feel refreshed and energised.  “It's handstand o clock,” wrote Nupur in the caption.
