Whether she is practising yoga, sweating it out in the gym, or eating nutritious meals, Kareena Kapoor always inspires her Instagram followers with her healthy lifestyle. Recently, celebrity fitness trainer Namrata Purohit shared an Instagram video in which Kareena Kapoor can be seen doing Pilates. Wearing a powder blue outfit, Kareena pulls the ropes with her hands and her feet firmly placed on a moving carriage. While pulling the ropes, the actress bends her body and then stands straight. Towards the end, she can also be seen doing headstand leg lifts on the reformer. In her caption, Namrata wrote, “Kareena Kapoor killed it today. This exercise is not easy, it requires a lot of focus and core, glute and back engagement! The moving carriage means focus and balance really has to be at a 100%!”

Recently, Kareena Kapoor showed us how to do Vinyasa Yoga. It is about smoothly moving from one pose to another, while breathing in sync. Doing this type of yoga can boost heart health, increase flexiblility, strengthen the immune system, and lower the chances of high blood pressure, blood sugar and cholesterol issues. She was seen in a pose where she stretched her arms, bent one leg, and extended the other leg backwards.

Kareena loves to post about her yoga sessions. She often tries her hands at Chakrasana, also known as the wheel pose. With her palms on the floor and toes touching the ground, she makes a perfect arch. This pose works on your shoulders, arms, and wrists for strength. Earlier, she shared a picture of herself doing Chakrasana. “Do you have a pose that keeps you on your toes?” read the text attached to the post.
