The festive season has begun with joy, cheer and don't forget, a fashionable touch. That's especially the case with the celebrity sphere. Ganesh Chaturthi signals the start of many more Hindu festivals in the months ahead and brings out the stars in high attendance. The likes of Shehnaaz Gill, Kajol and more have been spotted at Ganpati pandals across the city of Mumbai and it looks like Malavika Mohanan is part of the list too. The film actress was snapped paying her respects at a Ganpati pandal in Mumbai's Juhu area. For the occasion, she brought her best ethnic wear in a gorgeous jewel toned shade.
Malavika was seen wearing a violet toned salwar kameez suit that was both understated yet festive enough to make an impact. It featured an angrakha kurta with three quarter sleeves having gold embroidery over the borders. She wore it with cropped purple trousers. But it was Malavika's dupatta that really lent that ethnic touch of glam to her suit. Draped across her shoulder and over her back, her sheer purple dupatta featured gold embroidery all over the borders. The actress wore purple bangles on one of her hands with gold juttis from Fizzy Goblet on her feet.

She kept her makeup look as natural as ever. Her hair was left loose and was parted down the centre. Malavika also added in a tiny black bindi and jhumka earrings with her look. It doesn't get more effortlessly stunning in an ethnic look than this one.
