We have often spotted the actress notching up her workout game with HIIT circuits, pilates and yoga. She loves to go beyond the regular approach of working out, just to add some fun. She took the holistic route to get through the week as she posted a picture of herself performing a strengthening yoga pose. It might look easy to some but it focuses on multiple muscles of the body. She lifted her body in an ever-so-effortless way as she focused on her alignment. This pose, called tolasana, helps not just to strengthen the core but also improve arm and shoulder muscles.

Jacqueliene has truly mastered the art of a varied workout routine. From yoga to pilates, her fitness game is a balance of everything. Previously, the actress gave us a glimpse of her levelled-up routine as she shared pictures of aerial yoga poses. Her gravity-defying movements definitely seem to be the reason for her sculpted body. Aerial silk yoga is done using a silk cloth hanging from the ceiling. It involves new facets of stretches that help in strengthening the body. Apart from being a mindful exercise, aerial silk yoga helps in improving flexibility and balance. While performing it, core muscles are quite active, which helps in strengthening them as well. It has a broader approach in terms on focusing on the muscles as it also involves working of multiple muscles together.

Jacqueliene's fitness regimen is motivation enough for us. The actress is often seen indulging in a routine that she intends on practising consistently. Previously, she shared a video on Instagram in which she performed a circuit that involved multiple exercises like squats, lunges and more that eventually helps in strengthening the muscles. Squats are a great way to focus on the legs and glutes while lunges strengthen the thigh muscles and calves. In the video, she also did push-ups which are another great way to focus on your shoulders and arms.
