Inside Janhvi Kapoor's Midweek "Rise And Grind" Full Body Workout

Janhvi Kapoor loves to follow a fit lifestyle. The actress is a regular gym-goer, sweating it out with every drop of grit and determination. Recently, the actress offered us a glimpse of her arduous training sessions, motivating us to take our fitness seriously.  In a video shared on Instagram, Janhvi performed a range of full-body exercises at a gym facility. “Rise and grind,” she wrote. In the clip, the actress put her strength into battling ropes, followed by ball slams, dumbbell lunges and seated cable row. She also showcased her power in pulling off mountain climbers, barbell hip thrusts and scaling pull-ups. Well, that was not it. She also took the treadmill, running on it, taking measured steps. She signed off by doing alternating leg raises. Full-body workouts help in calorie burn, improve balance, lower the risk of cardiovascular diseases and enhance strength and efficiency. Her workouts were varied and are a great way to challenge your fitness routines.

On another page of her fitness diaries, Janhvi Kapoor incorporated cardio exercises and weight training into her regimen. She carried out a variation of weight lunges, which is a great way to tone the leg muscles and hamstrings. Next on her workout itinerary were pushup variations that aid in strengthening and toning the arm muscles, and rowing for back muscle power. Like every other exercise, Janhvi is a pro in squats and therefore, she in no way could miss the physical activity. But, she incorporated an element of challenge into the workout by adding dumbbells. Dumbbell squats are a wonder drug for your glutes. A ball-aided Russian twist and a good run on the treadmill sealed her strenuous aerobics.

Previously, Janhvi Kapoor's fitness trainer Namrata Purohit shared a sneak peek into her pilates session. In the picture, the Mr & Mrs Mahi actress executed advanced leg presses with the help of a strap on a reformer box. This intense activity is beneficial for toning and developing the hamstring and glutes.
