Madhuri Dixit with Asha Bhonsle and Kajol
This week started off with Bollywood actress Kajol promoting her upcoming movie Helicopter Eela. The release date of the movie has been shifted from September 7 to October 12 so promotional events continue for Kajol. What made this one special was the fact that it was on a reality TV show which happened to be judged by Madhuri Dixit with Asha Bhonsle making a rare appearance. Of course their meeting ended up being nothing less than iconic, which they sealed with cheery pictures.

Kajol has been a renowned Bollywood actress since her film debut Bekhudi in the 90s. Even after a few sabbaticals, she continues to remain a Bollywood favourite. The eternally elegant Madhuri Dixit is considered to be role model for actors and dancers especially. Currently, she acts, performs and is a judge on a television show. 84-year-old Asha Bhonsle is one of India's most celebrated singers and her work through the decades has been awarded numerous times over.
At their meeting, while Asha and Madhuri were in floral printed sarees, Kajol wore a fusion look of a lehenga skirt paired with a shirt. Three of them shared wonderful chemistry, chatted animatedly and even fan-girled with makeup artist Mickey Contractor when Asha crooned for them in their trailer.
Truly an iconic afternoon that won't be forgotten for a long while.
