Eating clean, practising yoga and sweating it out in the pilates session—sums up Kareena Kapoor's fit and healthy lifestyle. The actress's social media is a one-stop solution for getting inspired with that daily dose of fitness. Our favourite ardent “pilates girl” in B-town is back at what she does best—motivating us with her dedication towards fitness. On Friday, celebrity fitness trainer Namrata Purohit dropped a video of Kareena working out on a pilates reformer machine. The video shows Kareena performing a seated upper body strap workout. The clip opens to show Kareena Kapoor sitting on the reformer machine with her legs crossed on top of each other. In a half-bending position, Kareena can be seen pulling the straps, hooked to a stick, towards her and then leaving it loose. Kareena's half-bend position is targeting her core, while the reps with the straps are indulging her arms and shoulders.

This exercise improves stability and flexibility and strengthens the muscles. Apart from enhancing posture, it boosts coordination. The text in the video reads, “It's about how much you do. Right!” Sharing the video, Namrata Purohit wrote, “Kareena Kapoor Khan knows how to do it right.”

Kareena Kapoor loves to incorporate versatility into her fitness regime. Before this, the actress shared a sneak peek at her yoga session. Kareena dropped a post on Instagram, wherein she gave a glance at her favourite asana. Wondering which one? Hint: It has a lot to do with your arms, shoulders and wrists' strength. If you couldn't guess it, let us tell you Kareena shared a couple of pictures of herself performing chakrasana, popularly referred to as the wheel pose. TBH, the actress was nothing less than a pro. Kareena was successful in creating a perfect arch with the help of her wrists and toes. Sharing the pictures, Kareena wrote, “Do you have a pose that keeps you on your toes?” She ended her caption with the hashtag, “Love my chakrasana.”

Earlier, Namrata Purohit shared a video, showing Kareena Kapoor giving a whirl to “the moving carriage” exercise during her pilates session. Talking about the intensity of this workout, Natasha wrote, “Kareena Kapoor killed it today. This exercise is not easy, it requires a lot of focus and core, glute and back engagement! The moving carriage means focus and balance really has to be at 100%!”
