Her workouts mainly involve core yoga and Pilates. Recently, her fitness trainer shared a video of her performing some basic jumping and weightlifting exercises to keep herself healthy. Kareena engaged in simple one-leg jumping exercises with the help of a bench.

In another exercise, the star went ahead and did some weightlifting exercises that solely focused on strengthening her core, arms, and glutes. Sharing the video on his Instagram account, Kareena's trainer wrote, “Jumping and punching onto the New Year's fitness game.”
In another video, Kareena's yoga trainer, Anshuka Parwani, shared a video of the star starting her day by performing Surya Namaskar. Surya Namaskar has multiple benefits. It not only tones the entire body but also aids weight loss, promotes mental clarity, and reduces stress and anxiety.
