When it comes to fitness, Karishma Tanna is at the top of the game. The actress frequently posts sneak peeks of her workout routines on Instagram. Recently, she inspired her fans to practise leg training exercises with kettlebell burpees. Exercises for the legs are generally overlooked in favour of upper body workouts, yet they are essential for general strength, balance and functionality. Kettlebell burpees are good for your cardiovascular health and also help in weight loss. Dressed in a lavender tank top and black leggings, Karishma was seen doing weighted bar exercises. It helps in increasing muscle mass, improving balance and building muscles. Karishma also did some cable pulls, which strengthen your back and improve core strength.

Karishma Tanna takes her fitness seriously as she never skips the gym even on her “low energy” days. Not long ago, the actress shared that she was having a bad day but still powered through her gym session. She wrote in the caption, “Today was one of those days where my energy was low, lack of sleep, unnecessary thoughts, overthinking…still pushed myself to go to the gym and workout. Let's motivate each other and try to stay healthy. We can do this." She was seen lifting weights and doing some challenging push-ups and pull-up exercises. The entire routine seemed to be a great way to improve your muscle-building game.

Before that, Karishma Tanna's workout routine included weight lifting, kickboxing and aerial crunches while holding onto a bar. She took the challenge a notch higher by doing a set of burpees, deadlifts and more. These set of exercises improve your hand-eye coordination, strengthen muscles, help in weight loss and improve balance.
