Kate Middleton's style, for as far back as we can remember, has been classic, clean and, more often than not, fuss-free. Her mid-length dresses and coats, usually belted or cinched at the waist, have come to be known and identified as her patent style. There have been very few times in the years that have gone by that we've seen Kate Middleton experiment or try something different; but that's also probably why it's so seldom one gets to see Kate go wrong in the style department.
Other than now being a fashion icon and role model for so many, Kate is also the mother to two adorable toddlers and expecting her third child in April. Like all mothers, Kate seems to be having fun dressing her kids exactly to her taste. Although in this case, we're guessing the royal stylists have something of a say as well. But not only are Kate Middleton and Prince William's children, Prince George and Princess Charlotte, dressed in classic cuts, colours and silhouettes - they're also mostly dressed in similar colours to their mom.
Yes, it's true. Kate Middleton and her family (including her husband on many occasions) are the most perfectly colour-coordinated family in the world. Have a look at these pictures.
Kate, William, George and Charlotte are amongst one of the most famous families in the world - comes with being royalty - but they're also a rather impeccably turned out bunch at all times - also comes with being royalty, we suppose. These famous royals seem to have a favourite colour, which they're often seen wearing altogether - blue.
Kate and her daughter Charlotte, who is now a sassy two, seem to match their outfits perfectly on most occasions. Plus, see what we mean about the colour blue?
When Kate can't find an outfit that is exactly matching, she makes sure she adds at least an element which matches her children's outfits.
We love how she's matched her bag with Charlotte's stockings here.
And her stripes with her son, George, who is now all of four-years-old.
And when she can't match her outfit to her kids', Kate seems to make sure that they're wearing outfits that have something matching each other's. How cute is that?
We love how she's perfectly coordinated George's shorts and Charlotte's sweater here.
It's hard to also miss how Prince William, who might not always be on board with the colour-coordination, at least tries his best to wear the ties of the same colour as seen on his wife and children.
Look at how his tie goes so well with Kate's fascinator and daughter Charlotte's dress.
Even those of us who might not necessarily appreciate Kate's relatively pared down style have to appreciate the effort that goes into making your family look this coordinated.
