She is not just an actress with her phenomenal roles and performances, but a fitness and beauty enthusiast and a businesswoman. After starting her new skincare brand, Hyphen, Kriti Sanon has been known to share beauty tips and tricks with her social media followers, but we went a step further by asking her what 3 beauty products she couldn't live without. While she mentioned the usual suspects first, "Sunscreen" and "Lip balm" she added last but equal enthusiasm that her "Hyphen barrier-care cream" was another daily essential.
"The Most Unusual Beauty Treatment I've Tried... Involves Radio Frequency Therapy"
Not all beauty treatments are made equal and fewer still are as unusual as the ones we've seen celebrities try out for size. So which of those did Kriti venture into? Red carpet facial, she quipped. "Red-carpet facial involves some sort of radio frequency therapy which was interesting to understand and also its effects on the skin," the actress added. The red carpet facial is reportedly a winning treatment option for dewy complexion and it is formulated to address multiple facial skin issues simultaneously. It promises young, luminous skin, sculpted cheekbones and a defined jawline.
"I Walk While On Call" And "Stress Calls Make Me Walk Faster"
Kriti Sanon's fitness mantras include having some sort of workout in your life. It could be 20 to 30 minutes of yoga, gym workout, dance, swimming. She also recommends incorporating movement and walking into your daily routine by making an effort to walk certain distances or climb the stairs. She also encourages meditation as a wellness mantra while stressing the importance of taking mental health just as seriously. She does add in a quick disclaimer that she has been told it will take about two months before results start to show.
One rather offbeat and yet useful fitness tip that Kriti shared is an unbreakable habit of hers that she has had ever since childhood, which is "Walk when you talk." She confesses that the moment she gets a call, she gets up, and starts walking into her room. "Walking is second nature" for Kriti. What's better (or worse, depending on how you look at it), is that "Stress calls" make her walk faster, she confessed.
"I Like Mixing It Up"
Kriti Sanon has always been known for her fitness regimen. Her power-packed workout sessions and fitness routines are widely covered and well-received on social media. When asked about her most preferred fitness routine, though, she said, "I like mixing it up. I like doing yoga, I like doing weights sometimes, and functional which is a combination of weights and your body weight, at times. So I like sort of mixing it up."
"Find Your Passion"
With the many hats that Kriti wears, she would do well to serve up some inspiration for budding entrepreneurs and professionals. So we asked and she promptly responded with, "Find your passion." She maintains the belief that when anything stems from passion, it doesn't feel like work and you would also unknowingly give it a lot of your time and effort. "Keep hyphening things to your life because there can always be more."
