The actor clearly loves her workout sessions and manages to stay committed to her fitness routine, even amidst her hectic schedule. Her Instagram account is a source of motivation for many, as she regularly shares snippets for her gym time and how she constantly pushes herself to perform better each day. Recently, Kriti Sanon shared her favourite workouts and also the ones she hates doing but takes them up as a challenge as she believes "you can never evolve in your comfort zone". Let's start with workouts she loves and they include straight arm pullovers, halo swings, Russian twists, single leg hamstring bridge and bosu plank rainbows.

In another reel that Kriti Sanon shared on social media, the actor specifically mentions a list of exercises that she hates doing. These include Australian pulls, barbell back squats, jogging and hanging knee trucks. Kriti may hate doing these exercises, but she surely makes them look so easy and effortless.

Kriti Sanon is seen religiously following her workout sessions and giving fitness goals to her fans and admirers. She does not miss her workout, be it when she is in the city or far away from home, shooting in the mountains. The actor was seen doing her regular workout in an outdoor space with whatever weights were easily available (read rock), with her coach and stylist. Now that's what we call team work!

Taking resort to Instagram, Kriti Sanon shared a vlog where she mentioned about her first outdoor workout session. The actor was seen working out on an open terrace with her coach, and it's needless to say that it was a high energy session.

We all know how important weight training is in building core strength, speed and flexibility. Kriti Sanon is seen hitting the gym and giving us Monday motivation with a power-packed session at the gym. As she says, "consistency is the key" and that's what she aspires us to achieve too.

Getting stronger doesn't come easy. You got to keep moving and doing your workouts right like Kriti Sanon does and it has its rewards too. Like giving you a great sense of satisfaction. For Kriti, it brings out the child in her and she can't help but smile post her nailing the challenging lunges with weights while also maintaining her balance. Wow!

It's not just the regular workouts that the actor practices. Kriti also performs boxing and kick-boxing as a part of her fitness regime.

We cannot even mention how many exercise the actor practices daily. We are totally in awe with the varied exercises the actor does, and her constant dedication and consistency with which she practices each of her workout session.
