Any relationship tends to get worse with stress and anxiety at play. Pressing the pause button aids in maintaining focus, managing your emotions, and coming up with reasonable solutions. It allows you to forge deeper connections and spend meaningful time with your loved ones.

4. Better Productivity

Slowing down for better productivity might seem contradictory. However, taking one task at a time and setting achievable goals rather than unrealistic ones will lead to error-free results. When you take your time for a project with the right speed instead of rushing it, productivity increases.
