In an Instagram entry, Sitara showcased her powerful dance moves laced with an underlined fitness motive. She was guided by choreographer Phalguni Bangera. Dance has become a mode of fitness in recent times. It adds a spark to the monotony of working out and to the same old exercises. Grooving to peppy beats is an instant mood lifter. The body movements cater to better flexibility, good posture, and speedy weight loss. Sitara danced her heart out to the foot-tapping musical like a total pro. She was grooving to the hit track Moves Like Jagger by Maroon 5.

Her smile gave away that she was enjoying every bit of her dumbbell-lifting act, thanks to the upbeat lyrics. Seamlessly transitioning from swaying to the song and performing challenging cardio, Sanya proved that workouts need not be dull.
