Madhuri Dixit Continues Her Stylish Ethnic Streak In A Glorious Lavender Embroidered Lehenga

Every time actress Madhuri Dixit posts a picture of herself in an ethnic Indian look, we are reminded of why she is and will always be the county's sweetheart. For her recent appearance as a judge on a reality TV show, Madhuri was seen in a lovely lavender lehenga. The blouse of the ensemble features silver sequin work, while the blue threadwork helped add a touch of modernity to the lehenga. The dupatta of the Sukriti and Aakriti creation added a quirky touch to the Indian look by adding a splash of colour with geometric designs. Threadwork and patchwork in shades of yellow, pink, purple and blue added some fun to the otherwise elegant ensemble. The star of the show was the lehenga which not only featured fringe detailing but also had a pocket.

We also love how the actress styled her silver jewellery from Amrapali. She also added hoops with an Indian touch as well as some dainty charm bracelets and a statement ring. For makeup, she chose to let her eyes do all the talking with a coloured eyeliner with a rusty red eyeshadow serving as the perfect base. She kept her makeup dewy, tied her hair in a messy ponytail and went for pink lips.

Madhuri also proved why she would make the perfect Princess Jasmine in a lovely blue lehenga from Torani, recently. The monochrome lehenga featured large floral motifs that screamed summer in all the right ways. For hair, the star opted for a messy braid and jewellery from Sheetal Zaveri by Vithaldas further added to her charm. The jewellery, too, featured floral designs, tying the whole look together.

Madhuri stunned in another pistachio green Torani lehenga that featured intricate thread work. For this look, she went with a diamond choker, matching earrings and a cocktail ring. She kept her hair partly tied and some delicate hair accessories. For makeup, it was pink lips, a touch of blush and kohl-rimmed eyes. What's not to love!

She also showed us how to dress a lehenga down by pairing a red skirt with a classic white shirt. For this look, she chose a layered emerald necklace and paired it with a matching ring. The white shirt worked as a perfect contrast to the lehenga that featured heavy embroidery.
