
If there's one Bollywood celebrity who is taking the Coronavirus quarantine positively in her stride, it is Malaika Arora. From spending time with her pets to making besan laddoos to virtually hanging out with her friends, she is catching up on everything she usually misses during the day-to-day of her busy life. Malaika is also making time for a bit of indulgence in the midst of it all. With the help of her friend and chef Saransh Goila's recipe, she whipped up banana ice-cream and walnut cake. A classic combination of creamy banana with nutty walnut, we're salivating just thinking about her delicious dessert.
But Malaika being the fitness diva that she is, can be counted on to stay active. In times pre-quarantine, she has always been a frequent feature at her yoga studio. Even though she is now resigned to staying indoors, that hasn't stopped the Reebok ambassador from working up a sweat at home, especially after an indulgent dessert. She has published multiple home workouts that one can try at home with little to no equipment required.

Through the weeks, Malaika has maintained a fine balance between enjoying cooking and eating and exercising frequently. That's an excellent way to follow a fixed routine when quarantined at home as well as a productive way to spend all the time on your hands.
