Our very own style diva, Malaika Arora took to Instagram to reveal who she found to be the most stylish at the Oscars this year. Her style statements have a vibe of their own - bold, beautiful, experimental. And so, it came as no surprise to see her favourite red carpet pick. Well, it's none other than (drumrolls, please) the lovely Zendaya herself. The actress looked elegant in a customised Valentino Haute Couture ensemble that featured a waist cut-out and a long train. Much like Zendaya, we find Malaika's choice of fashion on similar lines as bright colours and flowy silhouettes have a special place in her closet.

Yellow is for sure a happy colour, and we believe it is a favourite for both Malaika and Zendaya. Malaika Arora was a sight to behold in a beautiful yellow lehenga by Tarun Tahiliani featuring a flowy dupatta and sequin encrusted lehenga skirt. Her hair in loose wavy tresses made the attire all the more alluring. The one-shoulder cut-out detail brought a definite edge to this otherwise classic Indian look.
Another noteworthy point of Malaika Arora's red-carpet style is how she complements her outfits in a subtle manner and doesn't go overboard. She dazzled all in a beautiful off-white ethnic outfit by Raghavendra Rathore that featured a short kurta with intricate floral embroidered patterns and a multiple-tiered skirt with wavy edges. We love how she effortlessly turns up the glam quotient every single time.

Throwback to Filmfare 2019, when red carpet events in India were customary and complete with glitz. Back then too, you could trust Malaika to set the bar high with her glamorous appearance. In a sparkling, mirror-encrusted gown by Atelier Zuhra, it sure did all the talking. The upper half of the gown cinched at the waist was actually a bodysuit whereas the lower half was a long sheer train that definitely made for a statement look.
