From core strengthening exercises to religiously following yoga, the B-Town diva is an inspiration to all. This week was no different, as Malaika's yoga instructor dropped a collage video of her nailing yoga poses like a pro. In the first clip, Malaika seems to be mid-Surya Namaskar but by adding a few challenges. We say this as the clip begins with Malaika balancing her body in a plank-like posture and then swiftly moving into eka pada phalakasana, which is also called a one-legged plank. This is an amazing asana to increase your flexibility, improve your body's posture and strengthen your abs. While it sounds easy, let us tell you Malaika being a fitness enthusiast loves to challenge herself. Therefore, the video also shows her performing the exercise with weights on her feet. Malaika Arora also did the Salabhasana or Purna Salabhasana. It is commonly called a locust pose. If you are looking to tone your glutes, stimulate your abdomen posture, and build mental focus then this is an absolutely brilliant pose to do so.It didn't end there. Malaika Arora also nailed ardha dhanurasana or half-bow pose with weights in her legs. The half bow pose energizes and strengthens the entire body, and especially helps in strengthening the core body.

Malaika Arora loves to add versatility to her workout routine. Apart from Yoga she also involves herself in rigorous exercises. Last month, Malaika Arora dropped a video of her cardio routine, which was all sorts of goals. The fitness enthusiast starts her week with a rigorous cardio circuit that includes skipping 100 times, 50 jumping jacks, 30 pop squats, 30 mountain climbers, 20 Russian twists, and 20 in-outs. The clip concluded with Malaika calming her mind with a meditation session.

Malaika Arora's workout sessions have always been about sweating it out. And now we believe that challenge is her middle name, as basic poses don't seem to be Malaika's cup of tea.
