Malaika Arora's love for fitness is not unknown. From yoga to weight training, the actress never fails to show her unwavering commitment to fitness. Recently, the actress took to her Instagram account to showcase her full body workout. In the video, Malaika started off with some weight training exercises, she began with squats and side legs raise, the exercise that engages the glutes and develops better hip range of motion. Next, she went on to do some side abs with lunges holding on to her dumbbells. The next set of exercises was the sumo squats that are highly beneficial for lower-body strength exercises. Sharing her full workout routine, she wrote, “Starting out the week STRONG.” These weightlifting exercises focus on abs and strength training and can be easily added to any fitness routine.
