In her previous post, Malaika Arora bid goodbye to August and welcomed September with a yoga session at home. The actress shared a montage of pictures on Instagram, where she was seen dressed in a black sports bra and grey shorts. Malaika displayed her expertise in pulling off the cobra pose, also known as bhujangasana. She kept her hands pinned to the floor and arched her body backwards while stretching her legs behind. Cobra pose helps to strengthen the muscles and improves posture. It also promotes flexibility, reduces lower back pain, enhances blood circulation and uplifts one's mood. “Oh hello September. August you were lovely and demure,” Malaika captioned the post.
