In the early hours of Saturday morning, Vanshika Pandey, a yoga instructor at Diva Yoga, posted an Instagram story featuring Malaika Arora dressed in a neon dolphin shorts and a bralette practicing the Hanuman Danda yoga asana.

If Malaika practiced this yoga pose with such dedication, we have reason to believe that it must be pretty good. The Hanuman Danda asana is practiced using simple steps by putting the right leg outside the right palm while keeping the rest of the body as it is with one's arms straight.
What's more; the Hanuman Danda asana works on the core, stomach and back muscles and making them agile and strong. This affects, not just the surface core muscles, but the ones which are deeper to stabilise as well. It also helps create a balance between the core and the rest of the body and improves focus. It provides a good form of exercise to the abdominal tummy area, lower back, core and improves coordination as well.
