Diwali is right around the corner and we've got our eyes trained on the celebrity sphere for what they've got planned. Samantha Ruth Prabhu set the trend meter soaring with her glorious woven saree. Kiara Advani opted for traditional red and gold tones. Today Malavika Mohanan is ensuring that the festive season gets a bold pop of colour with her choice of ethnic attire. The Bollywood actress wore a lime green anarkali salwar kameez from Gulabo Jaipur featuring a patterned border and wide legged pants. Completing the outfit was a pair of jhumka earrings and beige toned juttis. Comfort and chic ethnic wear married beautifully when Malavika picked this ensemble right in time for Diwali.
It seems like Malavika's salwar kameez style is practically always on point. When she kicked off the festive season during Navratri, she wore a cream and pink striped suit with delicate embellishment and gold earrings accessorising it.

Instead of the usual white and golds for Onam, she opted for a punchy pink Raw Mango saree with embroidered details. With the wind sweeping her hair, she paired the ethnic ensemble with yellow gold jewellery.
She gave the salwar kameez a modern update when she wore a plum toned sleeveless suit with a sheer embellished dupatta and tight fitted bottoms. A choker necklace, metallic heels and her hair straight down her back completed her outfit.
Malavika even gave the magnificent saree a trendy touch when she picked out this Falguni Shane Peacock sheer embroidered saree with a thin strap blouse.
