Mandira Bedi is no doubt living her life to the fullest. In her 40s, she has been raising the bar higher - be it in fitness, fashion or her work life - and looks every bit perfect every time she steps out. Her well toned abs are hard to miss, but of course we all know that she is a fitness freak and works really hard to stay fit and get the perfect cuts. Other than fitness if there's another thing that's easy to spot in Mandira, it is her love for sarees. Time and again we have seen her wear the six yards of fabric in exquisite designs and adding a stylish edge to each one with trendy blouses and statement jewellery.
Remember her in ICC's Extra Innings back in 2003? Mandira had everyone's attention as she sported stunning sarees, one after the other, setting off style trends and adding glam to the show. She went on to anchor in many more cricket tournaments, each time showcasing more trendy sarees for the viewers. Ever since then, she seems to have developed a soft corner for the traditional attire and often wears one whenever an occasion calls for it.
Probably her love for sarees also made her don the hat of a designer. She has been creating a stunning range of sarees, and a latest one from her collection, which she recently wore for an IPL event, was keeping with the colour pop summer trend that we all love. She made all heads turn with her peppy choice of colours and simplistic patterns that made her look a complete stunner.
Not one to shy away from bold colours, Mandira teamed hot pink with bright orange but in such patterns that made each colour stand out as well as complement each other. A shimmery gold border further elevated the overall look of the saree. She kept rest of her look simple with minimal makeup and nude lips, but with just one long beaded necklace to add more to the oomph.
Mandira has always nailed her saree look, choosing contemporary designs and a vibrant colour palette that look stunning.
We definitely can't wait to see Mandira play around with more colours and spin out a stunning range of sarees in the days to come.
