1. Padmasana

The first yoga pose Manisha did was the padmasana in which she sat with her eyes closed and back straight to meditate. It is considered to be the most mainstream asana to do for meditation from the bygone eras.

2. Pashchimottanasana

Next Manisha flowed into the pashchimottanasana where she was seated and bent forward. It is a hatha yoga asana in which there is an intense dorsal stretch in a seated forward bending position.

3. Gomukhasana

Finally, Manisha did the gomukhasana or the cow face pose to give her entire body a good stretch including her shoulders, arms, ankles, hips, thighs and back. In the yoga pose the folded legs are said to resemble the mouth of a cow and that is how it was christened.
