Manushi Chhillar has been having a rather fit and fabulous holiday season and is managing to stay on top of her New Year resolutions with her kickass time at the gym. The Bade Miyan Chote Miyan actress recently shared a fun reel on her Instagram handle that showed her breaking a sweat while lifting weights, doing pull ups, calf exercises and more at the gym, while suddenly dancing to the tunes of the Christmas season. The 27-year-old star aptly captioned the post, "My two personalities keeping up with the holiday spirit and New Year's resolutions".

Shoulder Pull-Ups:
Shoulder pull-ups are a strength training exercise that helps activate the shoulder muscles and tone them in the process.
Weighted Squats:
Weighted squats can be performed with a variety of weights such as barbells, dumb bells, kettlebells. Simply follow this routine starting with lighter weights, look straight and not downward. Make sure that your back is straight and your glutes are extended. Stand in front of a full-length mirror to check your form. Observe a good stance and safety measures while doing the weighted squats like Manushi.
Weighted Arm Pull-Ups:
Weighted arm pull-ups are an exercise that help tone and add strength to the upper body and arms while adding muscle in the process. They can be performed with a kettlebell, a bar bell, resistance bands, or dumb bells like Manushi did.
Weighted Lunges:
