Her latest entry shows her penchant for fitness as she indulged in a single-arm kettlebell workout. The exercise provides a range of benefits including full-body muscle activation, improved hip power and explosive movement. It also enhances grip strength, unilateral coordination, core engagement and can boost overall conditioning and functional fitness due to its dynamic movement pattern. In the caption, Masaba wrote, "Slowly moving to 10kg clean with 10 kgs to shed. Coach Poorv ignoring my weight loss request."
