Milind Soman Jogging At 3 Degrees Celsius In Switzerland Was Definitely Not On Our 2024 Bingo Card

Milind Soman has got to be one of the fittest celebrities in India. Even at 58, skipping workouts is not a part of his dictionary. The actor has often treated us to fitness inspiration through Instagram and yet again, he was at it. Milind decided to go for a jogging session at 3 degrees Celsius in Grindelwald, Switzerland. The fitness enthusiast shared a video where he was seen going out for a run in the freezing weather. “Sometimes my hands feel colder than my feet when it snows. Don't know the reason for that yet, maybe my hands are my weakness and I need to work on them more,” read his inspiring caption. Jogging is a great way to improve cardiovascular health, builds muscle strength, promotes stronger bones and facilitates weight loss.

Milind Soman definitely knows how to dish out the right kind of fitness inspiration. The actor decided to perform push-ups in freezing “minus 10” degrees Celsius and his grit and determination enabled him to finish the workout without caring for the biting cold. “Push Ups everywhere! Desert, meadows, roads, or snow. Not used to weather, but doing what you are not used to only improves your adaptability,” he wrote. Push-ups must be included in your workout routine to burn calories, maintain balance and posture and enhance flexibility.

“Variations are good,” according to Milind Soman and during his Mumbai visit, he performed some pull-ups on an iron bar at a park. “Didn't find a bar even one day during that time (not this kind of bar anyway) so started pull-ups again with just one, but super slow! 25 seconds up and 30 seconds down,” he wrote while sharing the video on Instagram. Pull-ups can benefit your arm, back, and shoulder muscles. They help you achieve an improved posture too.
