The start of the year brings with it many things; one of them being a host of new calendars for the months ahead. But this isn't any old calendar sent by your optician to set up on your work desk, this is Bollywood's most favoured one. Dabboo Ratnani's calendar, filled to the brim with A-listers from the film industry,is one every Bollywood enthusiast is familiar with and as it launches today, there's a little surprise within its glossy pages.
While the usual Bollywood suspects like Shah Rukh Khan, Hrithik Roshan, Varun Dhawan and Jacqueline Fernandez will feature in its 2018 edition, there's a new debutant and that's none other than Miss World 2017 Manushi Chhillar. When Manushi clinched the Miss World title towards end of last year, it immediately propelled her to celebrity status. Manushi, a former medical student, is advocating menstrual hygiene in her year-long tenure as Miss World - but that doesn't mean she has no time for a bit of fun. From being style inspiration to being photographed at the airport, her inclusion in Dabboo's exclusive calendar takes it a notch higher. During the calendar shoot at the end of 2017, Dabboo saved the final feature for Manushi, which he unveiled in a recent video. From the looks of it, the newest addition appears to be sporting a sequin peplum ruffled blouse with poker straight hair, matte brown eye makeup and thigh high boots.

Featuring along with Manushi in the calendar, are Bollywood's hottest faces which include Tiger Shroff, Shraddha Kapoor, Amitabh Bachchan, Alia Bhatt, Kriti Sanon, Sunny Leone and Shah Rukh Khan amongst others. This marks the 19th year of Dabboo Ratnani's starry calendar, which is known to get Bollywood celebs in avatars that are unseen on-screen. Most are veterans - Alia has shot for the calendar six years in a row, others like Kajol have been a part of Dabboo's line-up for 11 years.
