Sonnalli Seygall is making sure she is unstoppable even during her pregnancy. With utmost caution and under expert supervision, the actress continued her dedication to her fitness by practising inversion. She posted a video and wrote, "Inversions have been a part of my yoga practice since years. One of the first things that I checked with my Yoga Guru and my doctors when I conceived, is that whether I could continue with my inversions! Both of them gave me a go ahead, saying that I could continue whatever asanas I was doing before I got pregnant. So here I am sharing my love inversions and its immense benefits during pregnancy." She stressed the fact that pregnancy is not the time to start an inversion practice. "During pregnancy, practice inversions only have you previous practice and are confident about what your body can do or cannot," she wrote.

Shirshasana is an asana that helps during pregnancy to move the babies into the more spacious part of the pelvis. More benefits include calming the nervous system, lengthening the torso, reducing feet swelling, enhancing return blood flow and more. Prenatal yoga is a gentle and effective way for expectant mothers to nurture their bodies and minds throughout pregnancy.

Sonnalli Seygall loves to take her fitness quite seriously. Apart from yoga, an intense workout session is her favourite form of burning it out. Previously, the actress set the bar even higher with her workout video. She started off by doing shoulder presses for toned and strengthened shoulders. Her drill was followed by weighted squats which are a great way to work on those glutes and thigh muscles. She also ran on the treadmill to intensify her routine. It is about time we take notes from the actress to level up our workout game.
